Hy-Gro was established in early 1970's as a trading company and ventured into the manufacture of bulk drugs in an associate company in 1980.

In 1995, Hy-Gro set up its first manufacturing facility in Bollaram, India (UNIT- I) for the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Advanced Intermediates and specialized Fine Chemicals.

In 2002, in line with our strategy to forward integrate some of our in-house Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Hy-Gro established a facility for the manufacture of Finished Dosage Forms (UNIT - II)

In 2011, to further expand our bulk chemicals production capacities a green-field project was commissioned in the port city of Visakhapatnam, India. This facility was commissioned in early 2013, and is now fully operational.

We are currently marketing our products in over 20 countries across the globe. Our customers include pharmaceutical majors in the regulated markets of Europe and USA.

We have a 4500 Sq. ft. dedicated Research & Development laboratory outfitted with the latest equipment including a state-of-the-art pilot plant capable of handling scale-up operations. A team of well-qualified PhD scientists lead the R&D activities ensuring a healthy product pipeline for Hy-Gro.
